A parcel selection located in the Ginestra commune, produced only in great vintages. It has aromas of red fruit, cocoa, very noble notes of iron oxide, rose and mint. Technique

Viticulture

Growing region: Vulture, in the GInestra region. Age of the vines: 70 years. Altitude: 600 m. Pruning method: the plants are arched 50 cm above the ground on the wires, in Guyot. Planting density: 8000 vines per hectare. Certified organic cultivation.

Oenology

Hand picked, grapes placed in crates, further selection in the cellar is made. Gentle de-stemming and crushing followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats, no selected yeasts used. Aged in 225 litre oak barrels for 12 months. Bottle ageing: at least 12 months.
