Viticulture
The grapes come from the vineyards of four parcels. Certified organic cultivation.
Oenology
Fermentation lasts an average of 10 days at controlled temperatures, with gentle pressing and delestage. No selected yeasts are used. 50% of the wine is aged in Slavonia oak barrels for 12 months, the rest in steel.
