Viticulture
Vigna Muti, located in Val Canzeria at 400 metres above sea level in the municipality of Chiaramonte Gulfi (Ragusa), in the south of Sicily. Anzeria is the name of Arabic origin which means 'place of the boars'. The climate is Mediterranean-temperate, and is characterised by strong thermal variations. The soil is limestone and slightly clayey. The vineyard was planted in 1999 with a density of 8300 vines/ha.
Oenology
The grapes harvested in the second half of September are vinified and aged in stainless steel vats.

Grilled sea fish - Octopus salad - Fresh Pecorino.
