Beautiful deep bright yellow colour, with beautiful straw and silver reflections. On the nose, the atmosphere remains resolutely Burgundian with its "high", fruity and floral character (notes of lily and yellow fruit). The palate is surprisingly well balanced between freshness and richness, with beautiful notes of praline, marron glacé and citrus peel. The terroir is not to be outdone with a nice support of smoked stone and minerality. It will age very well!
