Peu Morier is one of the greatest terroirs of Vouvray. Vincent Carême has therefore decided to vinify it alone in order to enhance its value. In the very fine 2019 vintage, the wine is very open, aromatic, almost exotic in its fragrances (passion fruit, citron) and has a dry-tender mouth (very little residual sugar), long, clear, which will make an anthological pairing with lightly creamed sauces! Viticulture

Tania and Vincent created their estate in 1999. Their philosophy is simple: to favour the cultivation of the vine to produce the best grapes possible. Today, the total surface area is close to 15 hectares. In the vineyard, the team carries out mechanical work under the row with natural grassing.
