A paragon of Catalan schist, the Montagne de la famille Parcé has a dark colour and a complex nose with notes of hot stone, liquorice and candied cherry. The mouth prolongs the aromas with a nice fatness. Very nice dense core of wine and stylish, firm tannins, chiselled by the terroir. The very image of an energetic and sapid wine!
