Viticulture
Exposed to the south and south-east, the Geisberg and Osterberg terroirs of Ribeauvillé have given birth to this wine for several generations. The average age of the vines, around 45 years, offers limited yields. The marl-limestone-sandstone composition of the terroir, as well as the grapes of good maturity selected and harvested at the end of October, give it a remarkable personality.
Oenology
The vinification is carried out with a view to obtaining a totally dry Riesling.
