Ripe, powerful, very "flinty", evolving on lemon, white pepper and spices, it is a full, deep wine, with a powerful, streamlined body and a fat, salty length, with that characteristic percussive acidity: all the Trimbach style is there. Its ageing potential is important, as always.

Technique

Viticulture

Located on the Rosacker Grand Cru, in the commune of Hunawihr. A plot of 1.38 ha, exclusively owned by the Trimbach family for over 200 years. Low yields: 50 hl/ha.

Oenology

The vinification is carried out with a view to obtaining a totally dry Riesling.

Suggestions for accompaniment

Sea bream - Roasted lobster, socca and tomato confit.
