Marco Parusso must be given credit for his great skill as a winemaker, which allows him to free the nebbiolo from any touch of rusticity in order to plunge into the depths of the fruit and texture. The result is wines of proven tactile pleasure, such as this one, precise, delicate, with fine and pleasant tannins, fragrant and very expressive. A perfect introductory wine to the grape variety, at ease with a wide variety of dishes.

Viticulture

A 20 hectare estate located between Castiglione Falletto and Monforte d'Alba on a hill called Bricco Rovella. The estate is entirely grassed. This wine is produced from grapes from the localities of Ornati and Mosconi, between 350 and 450 m altitude. Some young vines in the Barolo appellation are also used in this wine, as well as some of the softer Barolos in vintages such as 2002.
