Le Petit Clos is a parcel located at an altitude of 500 metres and benefits from a privileged climate, sheltered from the winds. A terroir marked by clay, planted with old vines on a steep slope that commands respect.
Oenology
The vinification of Petit Clos is a permanent search for balance between its mineral, well-structured and velvety character and its light aromas of fresh fruit with occasional hints of lemon. A wine to be enjoyed immediately, on the fruit, or after a long ageing period (five to eight years).
