This is one of the most original whites in the south of France, and you have to wait a little. Subtle nose, with notes of honeyed white fruit, pine, sweet spices and beeswax. Beautifully supple, ample and voluminous on the palate. Without heaviness, the wine evolves on an airy matter which leaves a very nice aromatic imprint in the mouth.

Oenology

Manual harvesting and sorting. Pressing on vertical hydraulic presses. Indigenous yeasts. Small oak tuns. Preservation for 8 months in oak tuns, then maturing for one year in barrels.
