Technique
Viticulture
The vines are free-standing and therefore planted directly in the sand and clay. Terroirs of Giba, S. Anna Arresi, S. Antioco, Calasetta. South / south-west exposure. Goblet cultivation.
Oenology
Vinification in stainless steel vats. Maceration for 10-25 days. Aged in vats and then in bottles for 3 months.
