Technique

Viticulture

The Domaine has been practising organic farming since 1995. The wines are now Ecocert certified. Since 2005, biodynamic viticulture has been added to these practices, which respect the soil and living organisms. This red Burgundy (3.28 hectares in total) comes from a vineyard of 1 hectare in Volnay at the place called "Les Longbois", and the rest from vines located in Puligny-Montrachet.
