Technique

Viticulture

The Domaine Arlaud team carries out all the tasks, from pruning to harvesting. As with the estate's wines, it follows the principles of biodynamics. The plot is in the process of being certified organic. Green harvesting and leaf removal by hand. 3576 bottles produced.

Oenology

Aged in oak barrels for 14 to 18 months. Racking in the air during maturation. Final percentage of new barrels 25%. Bottled at Domaine Arlaud, without fining or filtration, according to the rhythms of the moon.
