Savennières, Fidès, Eric Morgat - 2014

  • Provenance: Loire
  • Appellation: Savennières
  • Domain: Eric Morgat
  • Grape variety(ies): Chenin
  • On-call time: 15 years
  • Alcohol degree: 13.5%
A very great Savennières, dense and complex, with ripe and juicy fruit and a unique relief. On the nose one discovers floral evocations of camomile, violet, wisteria and pollen. Then notes of pear, quince and citrus fruit. The palate is very pure, velvety, dense and very fresh. The soil imparts a saline dimension and produces fine salivating bitters. The length is simply impressive, with considerable volume.
