Lavaux, Villette Blanc sans filtre, Mermetus - Chollet - 2020

This chasselas primeur that the Chollets have named "Blanc sans filtre", with a packaging inspired by the old Gauloises cigarette pack without filter, is the ideal thirst-quenching white. Produced by spontaneous fermentation, it offers lovely aromas of fresh grapes and a floral touch. And as the label reminds us: "Excessive moderation can seriously damage your health...". That's what it says!
