The nose is subtle, mineral, very slightly peppery with a floral touch evoking lime blossom. Here, no exuberance or varietal aromas, but the conciseness and depth of a great dry white wine to be tamed and waited for a while. On the palate, the structure is slender, vertical, with a radiant vivacity and a finish of character. A very fine example of what this grape variety can do at its best.
