This cuvée was made for the first time in 2004, it is the blend of 5 terroirs of Gevrey: Motrot, En Champ, Combe du Dessus, Au Vellé, En Derée.
Oenology
For all the wines, Denis had opted for maturing in 100% new wood barrels. Since 2006, Arnaud has been experimenting with one-wine barrels for the villages. The duration of the ageing process remains the same, 18 months. The wines rest on fine lees, with a single racking one month before bottling. All the wines are also placed in small stainless steel vats one month before bottling. The estate has always worked with a single cooper, François Frères.
