Viticulture
This property is located on one of the most interesting terroirs of Martillac, near Léognan. The soil is made up of fine Günz gravel reminiscent of that of the Médoc. The vineyard is about 50 years old.
Oenology
Vinification of whole berries in small wooden vats at 28°C, extraction by manual punching down. Aged for 18 months in barrels (60% new, made in the cooperage integrated into the château), aged on lees, one racking and then adjusted for each wine.
