Viticulture

This property was bought in 2000 by Nicolas Thienpont (Château Puygueraud). The vines are very well situated in the commune of St-Cibard, partly on the limestone plateau, partly on the limestone-clay slopes. The property is managed by Stéphane Derenoncourt.

Oenology

The grapes are harvested by hand before vinification in vats and a long stay in half new oak barrels for malolactic fermentation and maturation.
