Made from a predominantly Chardonnay grape grown on crumbly limestone soil, this magnificent unfined wine has a very clean, almost Chablis-like nose with hints of the sea and lemon. The bubbles are fine, integrated into the body and give the wine a chiselled edge. The body, ripe and coated, calls for great seafood as well as an aperitif. A great wine of the land!
