In love with the great wines of the Côtes du Rhône, Raoul Cruchon and his brother Michel make a Viognier that looks like a "small" Condrieu, with its delicious and greedy notes of orange blossom and spices. It charms the palate with its elegance and fullness. The finish, sapid, tender, is remarkable for its finesse. A superb white, geared towards fine gastronomy!

From 3 plots of young vines, 2 of which are on light, filtering soils (morainic ridge) and 1 on heavy soil (clay-limestone). Integrated cultivation.

Long pressing which favours skin maceration. Alcoholic fermentation in used barrels, no malolactic fermentation. Long maturation on lees in oak barrels.
