The wine is intensely fruity with blood orange and exotic fruits, with an elegance and smoothness of anthology.

First vintage: 2015. In the past, this terroir was incorporated into the Fortis cuvée. Very limited production of a few barrels. 100% de-stemming, cold maceration for 1 week, punching down twice a day for 3 to 4 weeks, pumping over twice a day for 3 to 4 weeks, long and progressive fermentation, pneumatic pressing at low pressure to avoid bursting the pips. Aged 19 months in new French oak demi-muids (580 litres).
