The viticulture consultant is the specialist in the field who is increasingly involved in the industry in an advisory role, covering grape production, winemaking, wine sales, the organisation of cellars in restaurants, and wine consumption. Often working year-round on a global scale, these experts have extensive experience in viticultural issues in both hemispheres.
